Cytec Industries Inc. announced it is increasing prices of its Radcure epoxy acrylate resins by $0.10 per pound for its undiluted grades, and by $0.06-$0.08 per pound for its diluted grades.      The increases took effect Aug. 15, 2006, or as contract terms allow.      The increases are intended to offset the continuing escalation of raw material costs, especially for liquid epoxy resins.
